On our webpage, we integrated plugins of the social network LinkedIn of the LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (called “LinkedIn”).

The LinkedIn plugins, you recognize on our webpage due to the LinkedIn-logo.

When you visit our webpage, a direct connection between your browser and a LinkedIn services will be established via the plugin. LinkedIn receives information that you visited with your IP-Address our site.

If you press the “Recommend”-Button while being logged-in with your account, you can link the content of our webpage to your LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn can connect the visit of our webpage with your user account.

We, as the Owner of our website, do not have knowledge about the content of the submitted data as well as the usage of the data by LinkedIn.

Web-analytics

Our web-page is using Google Analytics in order to analyze the usage of the web-page. With the gained data, we optimize the web-page and the advertisement.

Google Analytics is a web-analysis services provided and operated by Google Inc. (1600 Amphietheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States).

Google processes the data of web-site usage on our behalf and is contractually obliged to take measures to protect confidentiality of the processes data.

During your visit on our web-page, among others, the following data are recorded:

  • Your actions on the pages (for example the klicks, scrolls, duration)
  • Your approximate location (country and city)
  • Your IP Address (shortened form, no clear assignment possible)
  • Technical information like browser, service provider, user device, screen resolution)
  • Origin of your page visit (via which webpage respectively which advertisement you connected to our webpage)

The data will be submitted to servers from Google in the United States. Google Diese Daten werden an einen Server von Google in den USA übertragen. Google will respect the data protection regulation as per the „EU-US Privacy Shield“ agreement.

Google Analytics saves cookies in your browser for 2 years from your last visit. These cookies include a random user ID, with which you will be recognized during future visits of the webpage.

The collected data will be saved together with the random generated user ID which allows the analysis of pseudonymous user profiles. The user related data will be automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data will be stored indefinite in aggregated form.

If you don´t agree, you can avoid by a one-time installation of a browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics.

The data processing takes places on basis of laws and regulations §96 Abs. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a (agreement) and/or lit. f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our matter, as per DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offers and our webpage. As the privacy of our users is important for us, the user data are pseudonymized.

Your rights

Basically, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection regarding your stored data.
